Supplementary Affidavit filed in Court today is taken on record.

The writ petitioner was originally aggrieved by an order dated 22.03.2013 passed by the D. I. of Schools(SE) rejecting the school's application for approval of the appointment of the petitioner in Group-C post. It is submitted that the school, however, in acceptance of the said order, has forwarded the petitioner's application afresh for approval to the D. I. of Schools(SE) on 02.03.2021. The D. I. of Schools(SE), Kolkata shall therefore consider the school's application dated 02.03.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

A copy of the writ petition along with the supplementary affidavit shall be sent afresh to the D.

I. of Schools(SE), Kolkata, who shall pass appropriate orders, as directed herein-above, strictly in accordance with the applicable Rules and Statutes. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
