1. Heard the submission of the learned advocates appearing for the parties.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that it is prescribed by the petitioner that the statement made by various witnesses under Sections 181 and 183 of B.N.S.S, the name of the present petitioner can be seen as well his complexity. The similar circumstances the accused Saddum Hossain's prayer also turned down by the Division Bench of this Court. The other co-accused is still at large. The period of detention covered is more than one year.

3. Considering the gravity of offence and the complicity of the present petitioner, this court is not inclined to pass any favourable order allowing the bail application.

4. Thus, the application for bail in respect of petitioner is rejected.

5. Accordingly, the application being, CRM(M) 1651 of 2025 stands disposed of as rejected.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
