1. By virtue of an order dated December 02, 2025, the petitioner was directed to place the statement of account regarding the payment of the amount as directed by the learned Court as on date to the opposite party/the father of the petitioner. This revisional application was filed for setting aside the order dated August 05, 2022 passed by the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur in the execution case. Now, it is submitted that the order has been complied with and hence, the revisional application has become infructuous. However, no document has been shown regarding such compliance.

2. Learned advocate for the opposite party no.2 appears and raises no objection.

3. However, taking note that the present advocate being the advocate on record and considering his submission, the revisional application is disposed of being infructuous.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
