1. Heard the submission of the learned advocates appearing for the parties.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present petitioner/accused person was not named in the FIR and during the course of investigation, their name revealed in the chargesheet and they are not connected with the case. Three co-accused are on bail and the present petitioner is in custody since April 2025.

3. Learned public prosecutor raised objection and specifically submitted that the other three accused persons, who are enlarged on bail are not similarly circumstances with the present petitioner.

4. Learned de facto complainant also raised objection.

5. Admitted fact isthat they the present petitioner were not named in the FIR but in course of investigation at the time of filing charge sheet their name revealed on the baais of statement made Sections 164 and 161 of the Cr.P.C.

6. Considering the gravity of offence and the complicity of the present petitioner, this court is not inclined to pass any favourable order allowing the bail application.

7. Thus, the application for bail in respect of petitioner is rejected.

8. Accordingly, the application being, CRM(M) 1650 of 2025 stands disposed of as rejected.

9. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 10.Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
