1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. As the process of proclamation under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has already been completed since last June, 2023 as submitted by the learned Counsel for the State and the present petition for anticipatory bail filed on 01.09.2023, it is not maintainable in view of the judicial dictums.

3. Accordingly, the application being CRM (A) 3943 of 2023 is dismissed.
