The appeal has to be heard.

The State shall prepare adequate number of informal paper books incorporating all papers that were available before the learned Single Judge. Let that be done within two weeks from date.

The learned Single Judge in the order impugned has recorded that possession of the land was taken over on June 26, 2008, rejecting the claim of the writ petitioner that he was in physical possession. The writ petitioner submits before us that he is still in physical possession of the land in question.

If there is any Possession Certificate/Possession Letter on which the State relies, a copy thereof shall be made available to learned advocate for the writ petitioner within a week from date. The writ petitioner shall be at liberty to file his exception to such Possession Certificate/Letter within a week thereafter.

List this appeal for hearing under the heading "Appeal (Group-I)" on July 19, 2022.

Let the records of the writ petition be produced before us on the next date.
