The grievance of the petitioner(s) is directed against non-consideration of the representation dated 8th July, 2024 for disbursement of funds in respect of works allegedly done by the petitioner.

It is submitted by the petitioner that despite a representation dated 8th July, 2024 the concerned authority being the respondent no. 4 has failed to consider or dispose of the above representation. The State respondents are represented and submit that they have no objection if the representation is considered and disposed of in accordance with law. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 22138 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation dated 8th July, 2024 within a period of six S.D.

weeks from the date of communication of this order to the said respondent and after giving a right of hearing to the

affected parties in accordance with law and without being influenced by any observation made in this order. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided by the respondent no. 4 in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
