It is submitted on behalf of the WBSEDCL that in view of an order dated 15th July, 2024 (Kaustuv Roy vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. WPA 19069 of 2023) the instant writ petition has become infructuous.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner nor any adjournment prayed for on their behalf.

By the above order dated 15th July, 2024, a Co-ordinate Bench had insofar as the rights of the petitioner are concerned categorically preserved their right in respect of the subject premises.

In view of the order dated 15th July, 2024, nothing survives in this writ petition WPA 21504 of 2023 stands dismissed as infructuous.
