Ziaur Rahaman ...for the State The writ petition is directed against an order dated July 14, 2023 passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal in O.A.94 of 2023.

By the impugned order, the Tribunal, directed the Original Application to be listed under the heading "For Orders" on December 15, 2023. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, petitioner was not paid his legitimate salary. The authorities must be directed to disburse the legitimate salary which the petitioner is entitled to.

There is an issue as to the legitimacy of the claim of the petitioner. Such issue was raised by the petitioner himself in the Original Application. Such issue is required to be decided.

The Tribunal is yet to pronounce on such issue finally.

In such circumstances, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

WP.ST 130 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
