Petitioner complains that she has been subjected to harassment and humiliation at the behest of the private respondent nos. 6 and 7.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that civil suits being T.S. 953 of 2023 and T.S. 978 of 2023 are pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court, Alipore and learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Alipore. Petitioner is the landlady.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the private respondent no. 6 is an advocate who is running his chamber. Civil Court is already in seisin of the nature of the dispute. However, if there is any harassment or humiliation inflicted upon the present petitioner and information to that effect is received by Kalighat Police Station. Appropriate steps be taken by the concerned police station.

No untoward incident should crop up because of

the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. If a fresh information is submitted by the petitioner, the police authorities would also consider the same sincerely and would ensure that she is not subjected to any harassment or humiliation. Report so submitted is kept with the records. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the private respondents.

With the above observations, WPA 21513 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
