1. Pursuant to our order dated March 30, 2026, our Court Officers had contacted learned Advocate-on-Record for the appellant who appears in Court today. He tells us that the appellant, since deceased, does not have any legal heir or anybody who would be interested in pursuing the appeal. In fact, the only son of the appellant was allegedly killed by the appellant for which this criminal case was initiated against the appellant.

2. In view of the aforesaid, this appeal stands abated and is accordingly disposed of.
