1. The Board is represented.

2. The Board has indicated that their recommendation has been sent to the concerned District Primary School Council.

3. The petitioner has mistakenly entered his wife's roll number online. The District Primary School Council has therefore refused to issue the appointment letter since the wife is already appointed.

4. It appears that the petitioner's wife's application has duly been rectified by the District Primary School Council, Murshidabad and appointment has been given to her. The petitioner is, therefore, consequentially entitled to rectification of his case.

5. In aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Dakshin Dinajpur to verify all the records including the original

admit card and other documents of the petitioner that may be produced by him to ascertain as to whether the petitioner had bona fide error in entering his roll number. If there is bona fide mistake detected on the part of the petitioner after verifying the documents and if the District Primary School Council, Dakshin Dinajpur is satisfied that the petitioner is a successful candidate, they may issue a letter of appointment to the petitioner.

6. Let the aforesaid exercise be completed within a period of ten days from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

7. The petitioner shall meet the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Dakshin Dinajpur on Saturday at 2:00 P.M. along with all the original documents and a copy of this order.

8. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

9. There will be no order as to costs.
