Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing the involvement of the petitioner subjecting the minor to penetrative sexual assault, we are of the opinion, in view of the gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case to grant bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
