....For the Alleged Contemnor In terms of the rule issued by the Court dated December 8, 2023, the alleged contemnor Mr. Satya Prakash Yadav is present personally before this Court today.

Mr. Sankar Biswas, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor places a compliance communication dated January 18, 2024, signed by the alleged contemnor, the same is taken on record. A copy has also been served upon Ms. Keya Sutradhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Mr. Biswas submits that, the direction of this Court dated September 22, 2022 stands fully complied. Ms. Keya Sutradhar, learned counsel for the petitioner has also confirmed such compliance. In view of the above, nothing further survives in the contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, this contempt proceeding, WPCRC 13 of 2024 stands dropped and closed.

Rule issued in the proceeding stands discharged. Accordingly, the contempt application WPCRC 13 of 2024 stands disposed of.
