Ms. Mit Guha Roy Mr. Amit Halder .......For the Petitioner Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a case under Section 12/23(1) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 being A. C. case no. 2795 of 2021 was initiated and is presently pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Alipore.

The grievance of the petitioner is that till date the interim monetary relief as prayed for has not been decided and the petitioner is suffering from vagrancy Having regard to the submissions so advanced and application for interim monetary relief pending for a considerable period of time that is almost 2 years, I direct the learned Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore to dispose of the application for interim monetary relief at least by 15th December, 2023. It has been informed that the next date is fixed on 26th of September, 2023. Learned Magistrate would in the meantime fix as many as dates as he thinks fit and proper but the interim monetary relief prayer must be disposed of on the date so fixed. With the above observations, the revisional application is

disposed of.
