Inadvertent typographical mistakes in the order dated September 14, 2021 which are corrected as under :- The criminal revision number, being "C.R.R. 3397 of 1997" and the cause title portion "Sk. Jabbar & Ors." appearing at the top of the said order be substituted by the criminal revision number "C.R.R. 3393 of 1997" and the cause title "Sachinmoy Ghosh". The order dated September 14, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated September 14, 2021.

Certified copy of the order dated September 14, 2021, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
