The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test 2016 for the post of Assistant Teacher for Upper Primary Level of school.
In terms of the order passed in W.P.A. 10789 of 2021 the Commission gave opportunity to some of the candidates to ventilate their grievances against the said selection process.
The petitioner for the said purpose was asked to appear before the Commission on October 8, 2021 but she failed and give a representation to the Commission for a further opportunity.
The petitioner by instant writ petition is praying a direction by the Commission for consideration of her said representation.

Patra, learned Counsel for the Commission submits that the Commission under took a mammoth task of providing personal
hearing of almost Fifteen Thousand (15000) candidates to ventilate their respective grievances. The said process was completed long back, at this stage it is not possible for the Commission to entertain the prayer of the petitioner.
The Commission on October 8, recorded absence of the petitioner in the said grievance herein and communicated the same to the petitioner on January 24, 2022, but the petitioner did not respond immediately instead has filed the writ petition in the month of September 2022.
Be that as it may, the entire process of grievance hearing was concluded long back, as such the prayer of the petitioner cannot be entertained at such a belated stage.
With the above observation the writ petition being W.P.A. 21886 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
