Instruction has been received from the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education which mentions that the petitioner, a TET-2014 qualified and untrained candidate belonging to OBC 'B' category, was called for verification and interview on 26th October, 2016.

The total score of the petitioner is 18.111. The total score of the last empanelled candidate under the OBC 'B' was filled up with trained candidates. The total score of the last empanelled candidate under untrained General Category was 18.123.

As the petitioner scored marks less than the last empanelled candidate, her name did not figure in the list of selected candidates.

There is no reason for interference in the instant petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. The instruction given by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education dated 27th April, 2022, be retained with the records.
