1. Perused the report dated 4.11.2023 of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur. The same be kept on record.

2. Learned ACJM, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur is advised to be more careful in future while dealing with case records without leaving the same in the hands of the staff because a Magistrate is responsible for the order he has passed after he subscribes his signature in the order. The mistake pointed out by the learned ACJM, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur be corrected in accordance with law. However, taking into consideration the report at length, we accept the report submitted by learned ACJM, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the application for anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as not pressed.

5. Department is hereby directed to communicate this order to the learned ACJM, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur at the earliest.
