Ms. Oindrila Ghosal .....for Petitioner Considering the submission of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the nature of relief asked for as appears from the prayer in the writ petition, I am of the considered view that there is no scope for passing any interim order since granting of interim order at this stage will amount to granting of final relief and the issues involve in this writ petition can be adjudicated upon exchange of affidavits by the parties.

Let affidavit-in-opposition be filed by the respondent within a period of four weeks from date; reply if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. List this matter for final hearing in the Combined Monthly List of April 2024. Learned Advocate-on-Record of the petitioner shall communicate this order to the non-appearing respondents. It is made clear that pendency of this writ petition will not prevent the respondent concerned to disburse the approved amount as claimed in prayer (a) to the writ petition, if such claim is found to be admitted.
