State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have kept a strict vigil.

I have considered the prayers of the petitioner which are in respect of coconut orchard along with restoration of peace while carrying out religious rites and rituals.

Learned advocate for the respondents submits that there has been no violation of the earlier directions passed by this court and the petitioner in order to circumvent the civil proceedings have approached this Court.

The respondents deny the accusations and submit that since affidavits have not been invited, other allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Having considered the directions which have been passed in WPA 27285 of 2024, I direct that the police authorities would oversee that no further untoward incident takes pace and the order passed earlier on 07.10.2024 is adhered to in letter and spirit.

Accordingly, WPA 21703 of 2025 is disposed of.
