28.09.2022 sdas rejected C.R.M.(NDPS) No. 1101 of 2022 In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Chapra Police Station Case No. 528/2021 dated 06.12.2021 under Sections 21(c)/29 of the NDPS Act.

And In Re : Samirul Piyada .... petitioner Mr. Snehansu Majumder ....for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Apurba Kumar Datta ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 299 bottles of Phensedyl and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
