ct. no. 34 CRR 2861 of 2012 With IA No. CRAN 1 of 2014(Old NO.CRAN 2592 of 2014) (not in file) (via video conference) Smt Dipali Mandi -Vs- State of West Bengal Mr. Arijit Ganguly Ms. Manisha Sharma .....For the State This revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Barabazar Police Station Case No.21 of 2011 dated February 21, 2011 under Sections 177/179 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code wherein charge-sheet was filed by the Investigating Agency on completion of investigation. The allegations were made by the District Project Officer of Sarba Sikha Mission to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station for taking action in respect of details filed regarding the issuance of residential certificate of the accused . Having regard to the fact that the petitioner approach this court immediately on charge-sheet having been filed and the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure were not relied upon by the petitioner, it would not be fit and proper to interfere at this stage.
Ms. Manisha Sharma learned advocate who usually appears on behalf of the State, is directed to appear in this matter. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Having regard to the observation made above, I am of the view that the revisisonal application being CRR 2861 of 2012 should be dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
