At the time of call Mr. Pal, learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not willing to proceed with the writ petition and in support of the same letter dated 28th January, 2023 written by the petitioner no. 2 addressed to the learned advocate is placed before this Court which is taken on record.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioners the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.
