The petitioner is now engaged as a Data Entry Operator with Bangla Sahayata Kendras (BSK) in district - North 24 Parganas. A copy of the said letter of engagement is retained with the record.

In the circumstances above, let the writ petition being W.P.A. 21900 of 2022 be disposed of.
