1. Mr. Santanu Talukdar, Learned Counsel, represents the Petitioner, having been appointed by this Court to assist the Petitioner who lacked the financial capacity to engage private counsel. As Mr. Talukdar's name is on the panel of the High Court Legal Aid Service, the Member Secretary of the High Court Legal Services Committee is hereby directed to regularize his appointment in this matter.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner concedes that the present Revisional Application constitutes a second application filed on the self-same cause of action.

3. It is brought to the Court's notice that the earlier revisional application, CRR 3247 of 2024, was disposed of on merit and attained finality by the judgment dated 10th September, 2024.

4. A second revision petition on the same subject matter, having been finally adjudicated, is not maintainable in law and must consequently be dismissed.

5. The Petitioner's application is accordingly dismissed.

6. However, the Petitioner shall remain at liberty to take necessary steps as advised, before the Learned Trial Court, on or before 15th November, 2025.
