Mr. Rana Mukherjee, Mrs. Debjani Sahu, .....For the State This revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of C.R.R. No.4314 of 2010 in connection with Gariahat Police Station Case No.420 of 2010 under Section 120B, 405,406,415,417, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. None appears for both the parties.

As none appears on the behalf of the State, Mrs. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate who usually appears on behalf of the State, is directed to appear in this matter. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Record of the revisional application reflects that the revisional application appeared on 12.8.2012 and on the said date adjournment was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. Today when the matter has been taken up no intimation is furnished regarding the present stage of proceedings before the learned court below.

Having regard to the above belated interference at this stage is bound to prejudice either of the parties, as such no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 2866 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
