Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in compliance with the direction passed by this Court the concerned authorities has disbursed all the retiral benefits of the deceased husband of the petitioner, an Assistant Teacher of a Higher Secondary School and the school authority has assured the petitioner to release the Provident Fund amount soon.

The grievances of the petitioner are therefore addressed and in view thereof WPA 21903 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
