1. By our order dated November 27, 2024, we had granted interim bail to the petitioner.

2. Today learned State Counsel tells us that there is no adverse report insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

3. Therefore, it appears that the petitioner is complying with the conditions of interim bail.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to confirm the order of interim bail that the petitioner is enjoying on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted and we do so.

5. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 1393 of 2024 is disposed of by confirming the interim bail on the same terms and conditions.
