The present writ application has been preferred being aggrieved with the conduct of the respondents who have allegedly not acted in accordance with the law in respect of apportionment of premises No.4A, Girish Mukherjee Road, Bhawanipore, Kolkata.

It is further submitted that a representation dated 18.01.2019 has been filed before the respondent no.3 who has not acted on it till date and as such, the petitioner is aggrieved.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of the learned counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.3 shall consider and dispose of the representation dated 18.01.2019 submitted by the petitioner within sixty days from the date of communication of this order on hearing the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

In case, the copy of the representation is not available with the respondent no.3, the petitioner is at liberty to file a copy of the same.

With the aforesaid directions the writ application stands disposed of.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
