The petitioner alleges that illegal and unauthorized construction is being made on the premises at Village-Purushottampur, P.OMollashimla, P.S-Singur, District-Hooghly in Mouza- Purushottampur, J.L no. 47, C.S Dag No. 56.

The petitioner made a representation before the respondents by a letter dated 16th September, 2019.

The petitioner complains that his representation has not been considered by the respondent authorities till date.

As it appears that the petitioner has already raised his grievance by filing representation way back on 16th September, 2019, and the same has not been considered by the authorities, no useful purpose will be served by keeping this writ petition pending.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by directing the Pradhan of the Nasibpur Gram Panchayat being the respondent no. 3 to consider the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three

months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The said respondent shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other necessary parties prior to passing a reasoned order in the matter and communicate the same to the petitioner and all other necessary parties immediately thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioner and all points are left open to be decided by the said respondent at the time of consideration of the representation of the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 16th September, 2019 at the time of communication of a copy of this order for the purpose of compliance.

WPA 19847 of 2019 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
