1. The petitioner has a grievance against the private respondent who appears to have been erstwhile members of the Puja Committee. The petitioner apprehends that they will disturb the puja which is to be organized by the petitioner and others/committee on account of rivalry.

2. The present matter appears to be wholly a private dispute and we are not inclined to entertain this public interest litigation on the same.

However, if the petitioner genuinely apprehends any disturbance by the 7th respondent or any other person for the purpose of conducting the Puja, they are at liberty to approach the jurisdictional police by way of a complaint which shall be enquired into in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
