The petitioners were granted bail by this Court on December 03, 2024 subject to condition that they shall remain within the jurisdiction of Ranaghat Police Station and shall meet the Officer in Charge/Inspector in Charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further orders, besides other conditions. The petitioners seek waiver of these conditions on the ground that they are the residents of village Gangnapur which is adjacent to Ranaghat Police Station and shall appear before the learned trial Court on every date of hearing from their residence.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have complied with the direction of this Court, the bail conditions imposed upon the petitioners directing them to remain within the jurisdiction of Ranaghat Police Station and meet the Officer in

Charge/ Inspector in Charge once in a fortnight are waived. The other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, CRAN No. 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
