The grievance of the petitioners is two fold: - First, police inaction;

Second, correction of record of rights.

The petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance.

In view of the above, the writ petition being W.P.A. 21560 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
