This Court is not required to consider the grievance of the petitioner at this stage.

On the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner with regard to the recruitment process of Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) by a letter dated August 18, 2022, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Malda Sadar, Malda had called the petitioner for a hearing. The petitioner submits that such hearing was conducted on August 26, 2022, but till date no order has been passed.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Sub-Divisional Officer, Malda Sadar, Malda to pass a reasoned order pursuant to the hearing allegedly held on August 26, 2022. All the issues raised by the petitioner in the complaint shall be addressed and the order shall be well

reasoned. Such order has to be communicated to the petitioner.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. This Court has not gone into the merits of the allegation of the petitioner as the authority who was a part of the selection committee, is yet to decide the issue. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order. A copy of the writ petition be served upon the SubDivisional Officer along with a server copy of this order. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
