Act.

1. In terms of our earlier order, the Investigating Officer has filed a report disclosing the items claimed to be stridhan seized during the investigation.

2. The petitioners have cooperated in the investigation.

3. Having regard to the nature of the dispute between the parties and the injury report suggests that the nature of the injury is simple in nature, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Dipankar Das, Nandalal Das, Namita Das and Mahuya Das respectively shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of Signed By :

the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

5. The petitioner no.1 and 2 shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week till submission of the final report. The petitioner nos.3 and 4 shall cooperate with the investigation.

6. It is further directed that the present accused petitioners shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purulia within two weeks from date.

7. The report filed by the Investigating Officer is kept on record.

8. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
