The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon the learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

It has been informed by the petitioners that the next date has been fixed on 30th November, 2022.

Accordingly, it is directed that the warrant of arrest issued by the learned Additional District Judge, 7th Court, Alipore, South 24 Pgs. be kept in abeyance till 7th of December, 2022. In the meantime if the petitioners appear either in person or through their advocate, they may be allowed to be continued on the same bail and bond which was earlier furnished before the learned court.

With the aforesaid observation CRR 3612 of 2022 is disposed of.
