Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that, steps under Section 10 of the West Bengal Highways Act, 1964 were taken. The authorities require at least six weeks' time to conclude the proceedings.

In such circumstances, the authorities taking steps under the Act of 1964, as submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor, it would be appropriate to direct the contempt petition to be listed on September 13, 2021 under the same heading.
