By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned show-cause notice dated 5th October, 2021, by filing this writ petition on 21st September, 2023, i.e. almost two years after issuance of such notice and furthermore, the aforesaid impugned showcause notice has been culminated into a final adjudication order on 22nd August, 2022, which is not the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition and even time to file appeal against the adjudication order has also expired almost more than a year back though the said adjudication order was an appellable order.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no merit in this writ petition and accordingly the writ petition being WPA 21570 of 2023 is dismissed.
