It is a unique appeal in the sense that one of the proforma defendants who also happens to be one of the co-sharers and landlord apprehends that in the event the plaintiffs take possession from defendant nos. 1 & 2 on his behalf as well as on behalf of the proforma defendants in terms of the judgement, the plaintiffs may induct or create fresh tenancy. 2.

We are unable to accept the said submission. If anything of that kind happens that may create separate cause of action, however, this decree benefits all.

With the aforesaid observations, the appeal and the application are accordingly disposed of.
