1. Affidavit of compliance on behalf of the contemnor filed in Court today is taken on record. The reasoned order passed by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat dated 5th February, 2025 is annexed therewith.

2. As per the Pradhan, the construction in question has been made in accordance with the plan sanctioned.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the spot inspection was conducted behind the back of the petitioner. The notice of hearing was also not served upon the petitioner.

4. Be that as it may, as it appears that a reasoned order has been passed by the Pradhan, accordingly, the Court is of the opinion that a fresh

cause of action has arisen. The legality of the said order cannot be decided in the contempt proceeding.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

6. The contempt application stands disposed of.

7. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
