Mr. Alak Kumar Ghosh Mr. Swapan Kumar Debnath .... For the Petitioner Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears for the writ petitioner and submits that the petitioner has expired long back.

Mr. Ghosh, further submits that the heirs of the deceased -writ petitioner informed him in writing that they are not willing to pursue the writ petition any further.

Photocopy of the letter issued by the heirs of the writ petitioner and addressed to Mr. Debnath is taken on record.

In view thereof it is recorded that the writ petition stood abated.
