Heard learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the statements of witnesses implicating the petitioner in the murder and as his bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits in March, 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
