The investigation officer of the case has submitted a report which reflects that there has been non-cooperation from the Punjab National Bank, Madhyamgram Branch in connection with Madhyamgram P.S. Case No.847 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024. The report also encloses communication made to the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Madhyamgram Branch.

In case the Branch Manager of Punjab National Bank, Madhyamgram Branch do not cooperate, the investigating officer of the case is directed to exhaust the provisions of law for non-cooperation with an investigating officer of the case. To that effect, if required, permission be sought for from the learned

CJM, Barasat who would pass necessary directions including harsher process of law upon the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21655 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
