Mr. Ganguly, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the husband/opposite party submits that the marriage between the parties has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce on mutual consent, rendering the present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure infructuous.

He files a photocopy of the Information Slip relating to Matrimonial Suit No. 79 of 2020 in which the said decree for divorce on mutual consent was passed, which is taken on record.

C.O. 3598 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.
