1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The proclamation having already been issued and published on June 30, 2023 and this application for anticipatory bail having been filed on September 1, 2023, this application is not maintainable in view of judicial dictums.

3. However, there shall be no bar for the petitioner to move the second petition for anticipatory bail on any new ground otherwise than on issuance and publication of proclamation.
