Smt. Namita Hazra This is the third consecutive occasion when none appears on behalf of either of the parties when the matter is called on for hearing.

It is seen from the order dated April 03, 2023 that today was fixed as a last chance to the petitioner to appear and move the matter.

However, even today, none appears for the parties when the matter is called on for hearing.

Hence, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in proceeding with the matter any further. According, C.O. No. 3605 of 2019 along with I.A. No. C.A.N. 2 of 2022 are dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands automatically vacated.
