The matter is taken up for hearing.

Heard the submissions of the learned advocate representing the petitioner in part. 3.

At this stage it is submitted at the instance of the opposite party that since there was no direction to file the affidavit-in-opposition to the revisional application, it was never filed and he intends to use the affidavit-in-opposition. Though there is a long passage of time in the meantime and an affidavit-inopposition to the application for stay has been filed by the opposite party, the submission as advanced before this Court is considered and a fortnight time is

given to file the affidavit-in-opposition and to serve the copy of the same to the petitioner.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is further directed to file the affidavit-in-reply, if any, thereto within a week thereafter.

Let the matter appear on 14th May, 2026 under the heading "For Further Hearing".

It is submitted before this Court that the next date before the Trial Court is fixed in the month of June 2026 and accordingly no interim order is granted in view of that.
