Petitioner renews the prayer for bail. He submits that there is slow progress in the trial of the case. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits four witnesses have already been examined. We have considered the materials on record.

There are ample evidence collected against the petitioner. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Trial is in progress.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
