1. Report filed by NCB be kept with the records. A copy of the report has been handed over to learned advocate for the petitioner.

2. We are told that the trial is at the stage of argument. The next date is November 8, 2024.

3. Considering that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. CRM (NDPS) 1397 of 2024 is dismissed.

5. However, since the petitioner is in custody for more than 3 years and 3 months, we direct the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same by delivery of judgment by the end of November 2024.
